Refund policy

We accept returns for the following reasons: 

  1. The rare occasion that your item has slipped through our net and is a counterfeit item
  2. The item for whatever reason has arrived not as described

Besides the above, ALL SALES ARE FINAL.

If your item does not fit, we will not accept a return. Please read the measurements and compare to a garment/shoe of your own before purchasing. It is also your responsibility to examine the photographs before purchase, we supply images of every angle.

Please note, the majority of these shoes are vintage, second hand and worn. We will always state ‘vintage condition’, ‘worn condition’, ‘minor flaws’, ‘age related marks’ etc. if you want more information, please dm us before purchase.

Wearability of shoes is dependent on age and material. Buying vintage shoes, or any shoe manufactured in or before 2015 with the intent of wearing them comes with the risk of the soles/components deteriorating/separating from the upper. Therefore, buyer’s discretion is advised when purchasing any footwear product manufactured before 2015 with the intent to wear. Returns for this reason will not be accepted.

Any product manufactured before 2015 may also suffer from age related flaws, even if the product has been unworn. Components and materials are susceptible to degradation over time, please be aware of this before purchasing. We advise buyers to carefully examine all product images before purchasing. Flaws that are clearly photographed will not count as reason for return. 

To start a return, you can contact us at nikeservershop@gmail.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned or refunded, like resoling slots.


Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.


Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
