In 2006, Nike celebrated the FIFA World Cup in Germany with a special edition 3x pair pack of the Air Footscape, paying tribute to Brazil's rich football heritage. This release featured three vibrant colourways in blue, yellow, and green, mirroring the Brazilian flag. Notably, the blue pair was adorned with 27 embroidered stars, symbolising Brazil's 26 states and the federal district. Complementing this, Nike introduced the Air Footscape Woven 'World Cup Pack', comprising eight distinct colourways representing Nike-sponsored nations: Australia, Brazil, China, England, Mexico, the Netherlands, Portugal, and South Korea, with each design incorporating national colors An ultra-rare addition to this collection was the black Sophnet F.C.R.B. collaboration, limited to just 30 pairs.
