Much like modern updates easily going one of two ways in footwear (see the AM90 Current post), certain technologies being implemented on old models can also go wrong, or in this case, well! In 2010, Nike Sportswear took advantage of the World Basketball Festival to introduce the Air Force 1 Foamposite, a fusion of two groundbreaking basketball designs and innovations by Nike. The Air Force 1 Foamposite quickly gained popularity among both Air Force 1 and Foamposite enthusiasts. At the time, limited color options excited collectors while leaving them eagerly anticipating more. This specific Metallic Silver and Black variation showcases subtle hints of blue on the heel, insole, and Air unit, with the Black Swoosh providing a striking contrast to the upper. Uppers are in overall good condition, with wear to heel linings.
