Air Terra Goatek, Vibram Sphike [1999]

The Goatek is certainly the only Terra model that released in such a broad array of vibrant colourways. Pinks were matched with lime greens, blues with yellows etc. It was one of a handful of models released in 1999 that featured Nike's new 'G-Tek' technology, hence the name Goatek. This consisted of an outsole inspired by the feet of mountain goats. The swing tags that originally came with the shoes listed the conditions they could be worn on: rocks, dirt, gravel, snow, ice, and at the end, they just said ‘stuff'! The original sole unit on these were completely shot, thankfully it's the upper that really makes these.
