The Nike Escape was designed by designer and ex Nike CEO Mark Parker whilst he was living in Korea and longing for the open green spaces of Oregon. The Escape was the first ever trail running shoe by Nike... Let that sink in - the first trail running silhouette ever produced by Nike, which truly paved the way for the whole ACG lineage and modern trail running shoes. The Escape allowed the runner to cut through all the mud, rain and rugged terrain that the off-road runner might encounter. At the close of the decade, ACG would become its own category, complete with its own early 90s update of this model. Here we have an 03 Mowabb pair and an 04 pair. Both lightly worn.
