The Nike Secutor was a football boot designed for playing on turf, it was the first and only Nike football shoe that integrated Shox technology, enhancing cushioning and impact absorption. It featured an aggressive, low-profile design with an upper crafted from synthetic materials, and released in 5 or so colourways. While not as widely recognized as other Nike football models like the T90, the Secutor gained a strong following in Brazil, among players seeking comfort and performance on hard surfaces. Discussions from that era indicate that users appreciated its comfort and versatility for both playing and casual wear. The Secutor was also a big inspiration for Martine Rose's recent Shox collaboration, with this specific pair being the one used in her studio as a point of reference.
