Undercover Gyakusou Lunarspeed Lite+ [2012]

2012 was the third year Nike and Undercover collaborated, producing contemporary running gear for men and women. At the time this collection saw a few of the most progressively paletted colorways ever seen on a performance runner.  The Undercover Zoom Elite+ 5 brought three mens and a wmns colorway to the table, with two Lunarspeed Lites rounding out the pack. The Elite+5 looked a bit like a Free Run+ 2 with a cushion swap that reflected the Japanese market’s love for Zoom-cushioned runners, while the Lunarspeed resembled the LunarSpider+ series that Takahashi was clearly fond of. The spring collection of which this pair was a part of brought a bunch of excitement with new silhouettes and previously unseen colorways. This pair has been lightly worn.
