Originally released in 1997, the Nike Air Zoom Spiridon was named after Spiridon Louis. Spiridon “Spyros” Louis was the first modern age Olympic Marathon winner at the 1896 Summer Olympics in Athens, Greece. Since then the model has had various re-releases in a wide range of colourways and iterations. Often, original pairs aren't wearable which was the case with this pair. Big fan of the patina on the upper reflective detailing.
